Novo Gyms is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused Cleaners to help maintain the high standards our members expect.
Cleanliness is a key part of the Novo Gyms experience. From the gym floor to the changing rooms and recovery areas, our cleaning team plays an essential role in creating a safe, welcoming, and premium environment for every member.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining the premium feel of the club and ensuring every member walks into a clean, safe, and professional training environment.

The Role
As a Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Cleaning gym equipment, studios, changing rooms, toilets, showers, and communal areas.
- Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Ensuring members always experience a clean, safe, and presentable gym.
- Restocking supplies where needed.
- Following cleaning schedules and daily checklists.
- Reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management.
- Supporting the wider team in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Taking pride in presenting the club to the highest possible standard.
- Helping maintain the premium look, feel, and cleanliness of the club throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
