We\'re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Cleaner to help keep our facilities shining and our members feeling supported.
Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout all gym areas, including training zones, change rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitisation of the recovery zone, including:
- Sauna
- Steam room
- Resting and cooling areas
- Clean and maintain waste drains to ensure proper hygiene and safe water flow.
- Refill cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and restocking stations as needed.
- Monitor cleanliness standards during operating hours and respond promptly to any issues.
- Work collaboratively with the gym team to uphold Novo Gyms\' cleanliness and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, hygienic spaces.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort working in warm, humid environments (e.g., sauna and steam room cleaning).
- Previous cleaning experience (commercial or hospitality) is a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as rostered.
