Novo Executive Search is partnering with an internationally recognised engineering services organisation to appoint a Country Manager – UK & Ireland. You will assume full executive responsibility for the UK & Ireland business, with complete P&L ownership and accountability for overall performance.

Lead strategy, commercial performance, project delivery and organisational development to grow revenue across Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors while maintaining operational efficiency.
