Suitable backgrounds may include: NPI Engineer Senior NPI Engineer NPI Project Engineer NPI Manager Manufacturing Project Engineer Launch Engineer Product Introduction Engineer Engineering Programme Manager with hands on NPI responsibility Experience could come from aerospace, defence, medical devices, automotive, electronics, precision engineering, industrial manufacturing, life sciences or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
Most importantly, you will bring: Proven New Product Introduction experience within manufacturing Strong understanding of structured NPI, APQP, stage gate or product development processes The ability to work effectively across engineering, quality and operations teams A practical and solutions focused mindset High levels of energy, flexibility and personal drive Ambition to develop your career within a growing business What's on Offer?
