Overview of the Role:
Reporting to the MD and Board, the role of a Project Manager is to take a project from the sales team, manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the project and deliver the completed project to the customer at handover. To oversee, monitor, and undertake project management activities, conducting analysis and reviews to provide input into plans, processes, and procedures, contributing to the improvement, completion, and delivery of projects. Responsible for the achievement of construction targets and successful completion of projects on time, within budget and prescribed quality.
Key Requirements:
- Project Management experience in the construction sector, building or civil.
- Professional project management qualifications.
- Ability to think ahead, so that the project always has sufficient material, plant and labour.
The role will carry significant responsibility for the successful delivery of current and future projects. There is a genuine opportunity for significant career progression, based on performance, to more senior roles such as Project Director or Head of Operations.
