We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to lead the operations of a growing COMAH-regulated chemical manufacturing business based in the East Midlands. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing site operations, driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targets
Ensure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirements
Work closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectations

Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior operations leadership role
Experience working in a COMAH-regulated environment
Strong background in manufacturing
Experience working for a chemical manufacturer
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Degree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
