The practice has a strong and loyal client base, with Residential Conveyancing forming a key part of its successful and growing offering. The firm handles a broad spectrum of residential property matters, ranging from first-time buyer transactions and new-build developments through to high-value property acquisitions exceeding £3 million. With continued investment planned, including the implementation of a new case management system, the business is entering an exciting phase of development and growth.

As part of its long-term strategy, the firm is seeking to appoint a Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead and further develop the department, working closely with the Managing Partner and existing experienced fee earners.
