Are you ready to drive the next level of delivery in one of the Midland's largest residential developers? Our client is a large scale residential developer consistently delivering a broad range of homes with a mix of tenures in the Midlands region. A progressive, land-led development strategy, working collaboratively with well proven partners and supply chain has allowed them to build their asset base considerably over the last 5 years. Having an innovation-first approach has meant they are able to maintain a strong pipeline of sites which delivers on energy performance and encourages modern methods of construction.
As part of a succession plan, our client is now looking to appoint an individual to lead their development construction programme while maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. This role provides strategic leadership to the Construction and Delivery Team, ensuring effective project management across complex schemes. It involves building and maintaining key relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders and driving innovation in construction practices. As part of the senior management team, the role contributes to corporate strategy and long-term business success, while considering future maintenance and sustainability impacts of new homes.

Knowledge and experience
- Proven experience of leading, managing and delivering construction/development programmes.
- Demonstrable experience of complex project planning and project management and delivery.

- Proven staff management experience, leading and motivating teams within a customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge and proven experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improved services and performance.
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice in construction.
- Demonstrable experience of achieving and enabling continuous business improvement.
