The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is a newly created executive appointment designed to lead and strengthen the commercial team. The remit covers the full sales and marketing strategy across personal and business leasing, multi brand fleet management and emerging mobility services.
The CSO will design national sales plans, oversee pricing strategy, support the retailer and broker network, and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the wider mobility and finance ecosystem. The appointee will lead senior managers across sales and marketing functions, bringing clarity, direction and the confidence to challenge.
There will be regular involvement in senior committees, board discussions and cross functional projects. This role plays a central part in shaping long term strategy and will, as a key member of the executive leadership team, deliver ambitious commercial goals.
The ideal candidate will bring a depth of experience from within automotive fleet, mobility or leasing, gained in an environment where national network activation, structured sales processes and regulated financial services are familiar. They will demonstrate a track record of driving sales growth, shaping strategy and leading high performing teams, comfortable moving between visionary thinking and hands on delivery.
Influence, commercial intelligence and the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders will be vital.
