As part of its continued investment in the UK & Ireland, the business is seeking to appoint a Country Manager – UK & Ireland to lead the regional operation through its next phase of strategic growth.
The Role – Country Manager – UK & Ireland
Reporting to the international executive leadership team, you will assume full executive responsibility for the UK & Ireland business, with complete ownership of the regional P&L and accountability for the overall performance of the operation.
With responsibility spanning strategy, commercial performance, project delivery and organisational development, you will lead the continued growth of the business across the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical markets whilst ensuring operational excellence and sustainable profitability.
Your responsibilities will include
- Full P&L ownership for the UK & Ireland business, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, forecasting and overall financial performance.
- Developing and executing the strategic growth plan for the UK & Ireland region.
- Expanding the organisation's presence across the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors.
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key clients, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
- Leading multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams to consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Driving profitable growth through a combination of business development, operational excellence and successful project execution.
- Providing inspirational leadership across engineering, project delivery, commercial and business support functions.

You will be an accomplished senior leader with experience gained within an engineering consultancy, EPC/EPCM organisation or technical project services business serving the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated process industries.
You will be able to demonstrate
- Previous leadership of a business, regional operation or significant business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- A proven track record of delivering profitable growth within engineering, EPC/EPCM or technical project services.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing strategic growth, operational performance and financial management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams within highly regulated environments.
- The ability to develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
