Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong national presence and decades of experience delivering sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors. They typically work for government agencies, local authorities, government-regulated industries, and private sector clients.

The Ecology team has grown under strong leadership and now requires additional senior expertise to help drive the next stage of development. This is a national position to help to develop the team, drive business development, and ensure delivery of high-quality ecological services.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced industry professional who can deliver strategic leadership, business development, team management, and expert technical oversight to support clients as well as team members.

Play a key role in leading and developing the Ecology team nationally
Oversee project delivery and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
10+ years’ experience in ecological consultancy or a related field
