NovNat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the CEO in developing and executing commercial strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and leading initiatives that drive growth and innovation. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate leads, build compelling business cases, and translate market insights into actionable plans. Support Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to design, refine, and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with NovNat\’s vision and objectives. Market Research: Lead market analysis efforts to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, ensuring NovNat remains at the forefront of industry developments. Business Case Development: Construct persuasive business cases supported by data-driven insights to secure buy-in from stakeholders and drive key initiatives forward. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated success in lead generation and market analysis. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software (preferred) Creative in problem-solving and capable of thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
