NovitasFTCL is looking for an additional Associate to support the execution of its European FinTech M&A and private capital raising mandates. NovitasFTCL is a long-established, entrepreneurial and highly specialised corporate finance advisory boutique, with a busy practice having closed in excess of 30 FinTech transactions over recent years. NovitasFTCL's Partners have advised and completed over 200 European transactions with global acquirers and investors.

Requirements
- Passionate about FinTech
- Strong M&A experience with a track record of completed transactions
- Strong quantitative, technical and communication skills
- Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage the expectations of senior bankers whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in small deal teams
- Experience in the FinTech, TMT and/or FIG sectors is preferred
- Right to work in the UK
