Interfacing with customers to understand their needs in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
Supporting customers during the onboarding and adoption processes, including environment creation and management, metric creation and customization, and data input.
Deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs to customers.
Sharing ESG knowledge internally via training and best-practice guidance to scale consistency across the organization.
Contributing to the testing and deployment of platform functionalities.
Translate customer needs into product requirements; working collaboratively with Product to improve workflows.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business, Finance, Development Studies, Communications or any related fields.
- 3+ years' experience in a relevant field, including Sustainability, ESG Reporting and Disclosure, Business, Sustainable Finance, Consulting, Corporate governance, Product/SaaS.
- ESG domain knowledge: materiality, core ESG KPIs, GHG basics (Scopes 1–3), common frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS, GRI, CDP).
- Knowledge in one or more of the following fields is an asset: ESG reporting, investor relations, governance, risk management, sustainable development, sustainable finance, internal audit, data management, change management, systems thinking.
- SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential an asset.
- Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to customer satisfaction.
- Keen analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in French an asset.
- Ability to distill large amounts of information into shareable insights.
- Continuous learning mindset (professional curiosity).
- Strong work ethics, high standards of quality.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
