Sommelier - Novikov Restaurant & Bar

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sommelier to join the Novikov Italian Restaurant in Mayfair. Novikov Restaurant & Bar is located in Mayfair and consists of two distinct restaurants and a stylish Lounge Bar.

Responsibilities

  • Provide wine service and recommendations to guests, including wine pairing for Italian cuisine.
  • Maintain wine cellar organization and stock control.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist with wine list updates and staff training on wine knowledge.
