What You’ll Be Doing

As a PMO Analyst, you will support portfolio and project managers by:

  • Assisting with planning, tracking, and monitoring projects to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Preparing status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes to keep senior stakeholders informed.
  • Reviewing and organising project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting delivery teams with day‑to‑day activities.
  • Assisting with risk and issue tracking (RAID logs) to highlight challenges and keep projects on course.
  • Supporting financial tracking and resource planning to ensure projects have the people and funding they need.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to identify and implement better ways of working.
