What You’ll Be Doing
As a PMO Analyst, you will support portfolio and project managers by:
- Assisting with planning, tracking, and monitoring projects to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Preparing status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes to keep senior stakeholders informed.
- Reviewing and organising project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting delivery teams with day‑to‑day activities.
- Assisting with risk and issue tracking (RAID logs) to highlight challenges and keep projects on course.
- Supporting financial tracking and resource planning to ensure projects have the people and funding they need.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to identify and implement better ways of working.
Who We’re Looking For

- 1‑2 years of Project Management experience
- A recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to build a career in project management, technology, or financial services.
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with an interest in solving problems.
