Client Services Senior Executive

A highly motivated Client Services Senior Executive will join our growing Client Services team. The role involves collaborating with financial planners and colleagues to provide administration support for new and existing business, while supporting the Client Services Manager with additional duties.

This is a full‑time, permanent role. Flexibility around working patterns can be discussed if required.

Key Responsibilities

Client Administration

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs to provide appropriate administration support
  • Provide excellent client experience
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues and, when appropriate, escalates complex matters
  • Organise client meetings for financial planners
  • Write templated letters to clients based on advice, written instructions from meetings or ad‑hoc requests
  • Create and maintain accurate client records on Intelliflo in line with company procedures and policies
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties where appropriate

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is met
  • Participate in team meetings and support other team members where appropriate

Additional Senior Responsibilities

  • Train and support junior members
  • Exceed OKRs
  • Contribute to project work and drive continuous improvements
  • Consistently receive positive feedback from financial planners as an expectation
  • Mentor or oversee junior team members
  • Trial new software, processes, or ways of working
  • Help improve internal processes or elevate client service standards
  • Proactively generate ideas to identify client needs and growth opportunities

Experience / Qualifications

  • Ideally educated to at least A Level or equivalent, including Maths and English GCSE grade B or Grade 5 or above
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within financial services preferred

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Intelliflo preferred
  • Ability to work within a defined business process
  • Achievement of agreed outcomes without supervision
  • Independent and team working capability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
