We are currently partnered with an established pharmaceutical manufacturing company looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager to join their growing team in Sussex.
The role sits within the Engineering function and will support the Head of Engineering in delivering engineering operations across their manufacturing sites. This includes leading root cause investigations, driving continuous improvement initiatives through DMAIC techniques, and managing capital projects to upgrade and replace the company's asset base.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with production, maintenance, and senior management teams to ensure compliance with GMP and Health & Safety regulations whilst maximising operational efficiency across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background in pharmaceutical manufacturing with proven experience in team development, regulatory compliance, and maintenance management.
