About the role: Are you organised, approachable, and looking for a flexible part-time (15-20 hours) position that fits perfectly around your life and family commitments? We are seeking a reliable Business Support Administrator to become the central point of coordination in our UK office in Bowerhill. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, covering administration, HR support, documentation, and general coordination. Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
- Manage incoming post, deliveries, and general filing
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate office maintenance
- Schedule and organise internal and external meetings
- Prepare simple company communications (e.g., LinkedIn project announcements)
- Handle compliance tasks, including customer questionnaires and submissions to Safe Contractor and Constructionline
- Maintain digital employee records and training matrix
- Arrange onboarding and support recruitment activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend meetings, take notes, and organise internal training sessions
Training will be provided for tasks requiring specialist knowledge or systems.
