Graduate Technical Compliance Assistant needed for our Stoke on Trent based customer. As Graduate Technical Compliance Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Application for & maintenance of all product certifications such as WRAS, Watermark, NSF etc.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate samples for external 3rd party testing & assist in keeping projects on track.
  • Report results using standard technical procedures where necessary.
  • Run the artwork change process.
  • Support the Customer Service Team with Technical Advice and customer enquiries.
  • Assist with routine & process/product development testing where necessary. Experience we are looking for:
  • Technical awareness.
  • Science based qualifications – preferably to HND or degree level
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
