Are you an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting sales teams and delivering an outstanding customer experience? We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team in Hull. This is a varied role where you'll become one of the first points of contact for our customers, supporting enquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM data and helping projects move smoothly from enquiry through to quotation.
You'll work with innovative quoting tools that reduce administration, allowing you to focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and checking customer quotations using powered quoting tools
- Supporting the sales team with CRM management, appointments and documentation
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
- Chasing supplier pricing and coordinating project documentation
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service and/or sales support
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- A positive attitude towards technology
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience within construction, engineering or technical industries
- Proposal or quotation preparation experience
- Experience reading basic technical drawings
- Previous call centre or telephone customer service experience
