The Role:The London Borough of Lewisham's Housing Needs Service is looking for an experienced Void Coordinator to join their team on a 12+ month contract. As a Works Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing temporary accommodation voids. Your primary focus will be ensuring that voids are turned around efficiently, reducing backlog, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
