Job Title: Support Worker Location: Derby Hours Per Week: 36 Hours Rate of Pay: £16 P/H (Umbrella) Derby Council are currently looking for an experienced Support Worker to assist in delivering housing support within their emergency accommodation. Main Duties: To assist in delivering the accommodation support and activities service in Milestone House, the emergency accommodation provision for single homeless customers, ensuring quality of service and continuous improvement for customers. To support those people residing in Milestone House to move on to appropriate accommodation. To ensure the health and safety requirements within the building are maintained at all times. Ensuring that appropriate needs, risk assessments and support plans are completed and reviewed within the procedural time frames.
