At Novax Recruitment Group, we've been building successful careers in recruitment for over 5 years. With a strong foothold in both the UK and US construction and civil engineering markets, we're expanding-and looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to lead from the front in our UK division.
?? What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the construction and civil engineering sectors

Growing and developing a warm UK desk with long-standing client relationships

Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team performance

Working closely with directors to shape growth strategies

Option to transition into our US division if you're looking for international experience
