The Role You'll become a key part of the commercial team, helping to drive projects from contract award through to final account.
You'll: Support the commercial management of structural steel and construction projects.
Prepare valuations, variations and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks before they become problems.
Work closely with Contract Managers, Project Managers and procurement teams.
Assist with applications, final accounts and commercial reviews.
Develop your knowledge across both construction and rail projects.
What We're Looking For Essential Quantity Surveying experience within structural steel or construction.
Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
Quantity Surveying qualification.
Strong commercial awareness and financial reporting skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Experience working on rail projects.
CSCS Card.
Varied project portfolio across construction and rail.
