Children Intervention Worker

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our MySPACE Child Protection Against Exploitation Team, delivering vital interventions for children and young people at risk.

Available Positions:

• MySPACE Intervention Worker – Provide trauma-informed support to children affected by exploitation.

• Youth Support Worker – Engage with young people through targeted interventions and trusted adult relationships.

• Family Liaison Officer – Work closely with families to develop care plans and reduce risk factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a multi-agency team to deliver effective interventions.

• Support children through trusted adult and trauma-informed approaches.

• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and risk management.

• Prepare reports for multi-agency meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable young people.

• Knowledge of child exploitation risks and interventions.

• Strong communication and partnership working skills.

• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours support.
