We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a successful team specialising in structural steel with a focus on refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in site management to progress into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage site operations for projects.
2. Lead and supervise teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Ensure compliance with RAMs and lift plans, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
4. Report directly to the Project Manager and provide regular progress updates.
5. Manage structural steel refurbishment projects in city centre locations ranging from £4 million to £8 million.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years\’ experience as a Site Manager within the structural steel sector.
2. Proven experience managing projects valued at £2 million+.
3. Strong knowledge of RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and lift plans.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
