Job Title: Site Manager – Structural Steel (Refurbishment Projects)
Location: City Centre Projects (London)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

A leading company specialising in structural steel is seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in refurbishment projects . The successful candidate will play a key role in managing high-value projects in the city centre , ranging from £4-8 million.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage refurbishment projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
2. Lead a team with 2 direct reports and report to the Project Manager .
3. Utilise your strong knowledge of RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and lift plans to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 year’s experience as a Site Manager.
2. Experience managing projects valued at £2 million+ .
3. A clear career path with opportunities for progression to Project Manager .
