What You'll Be Working On:

  • Managing recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market
  • Building relationships with senior-level candidates, including Project Managers, Estimators, Directors, Vice Presidents and C-suite executives
  • Headhunting passive talent from a highly specialist market
  • Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement
  • Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Working alongside one of the most established steel recruitment teams in the industry
