What You'll Be Working On:
- Managing recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market
- Building relationships with senior-level candidates, including Project Managers, Estimators, Directors, Vice Presidents and C-suite executives
- Headhunting passive talent from a highly specialist market
- Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement
- Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Working alongside one of the most established steel recruitment teams in the industry
