An established and growing structural steel fabricator is seeking a Sales & Estimating Manager to lead commercial growth and tendering activity on major UK projects. You will play a pivotal role in securing and pricing landmark schemes, including high-rise developments and stadium builds, while acting as a key client-facing representative of the business.

Key Responsibilities- Lead sales and estimating activities for structural steel projects from enquiry through to contract award.
- Prepare and manage accurate tenders, budgets, and cost estimates for large-scale steelwork packages.
- Meet regularly with clients, main contractors, and consultants to develop opportunities and secure work.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the London and wider UK market.
- Work closely with design, fabrication, and project delivery teams to ensure commercially viable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximise profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and framework partners.
- Proven experience in sales, estimating, or commercial management within the structural steel or heavy engineering sector.
- Strong background working on large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, stadiums, or complex commercial schemes.
