Job Title: Resettlement Officer Location: Bournemouth Hours per Week: 37 hours Rate of Pay: £24 P/H (Umbrella) We are currently recruiting for a Resettlement Officer for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. In this role, you will work closely with clients, housing providers, and landlords to secure suitable accommodation, provide practical support during the move, and ensure sustainable outcomes for each client. Main Duties: Assist clients in securing appropriate, settled accommodation and ensure a smooth transition from supported housing to independent living, including managing tenancy sign-ups, benefits, and utilities. Upskill provider staff on available move-on options, housing market resources, landlord relationships, and Council initiatives to support client's transitions. Work with landlords, agents, housing providers, and partner agencies to ensure a steady supply of quality accommodation for clients moving on from supported housing.
