Recruitment Consultant (Delivery – Construction & Civil Engineering, US Market) Based in Altrincham | £26,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission | 12-8pm Mon-Thu, Friday WFH or 3-day weekend (subject to performance)
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant (Delivery side) to join our Construction & Civil Engineering team, focusing on the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong candidate relationships and delivering excellent service, without the pressure of cold business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate delivery process within the US construction and civil engineering sectors.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for live vacancies.
- Partner with 360 consultants to ensure client requirements are met with speed and accuracy.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates to maintain a high-quality talent pool.
What We Offer
- Basic salary of £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
- Commission structure paid monthly, calculated on quarterly revenue:
- The earlier you hit your quarterly target, the longer you benefit from earning 40% commission on all revenue for the rest of that quarter.
- Working hours: 12-8pm, Monday-Thursday to align with the US market.
- Friday flexibility: Work from home or enjoy a 3-day weekend (performance dependent).
