We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team. You will work a 180-desk model, focused purely on new business acquisition and client relationship development across the booming US construction sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and managing client relationships across the US construction and civil engineering market
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our footprint
  • Partnering with delivery consultants to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
  • Staying up to date on market trends, project pipelines, and hiring needs
  • Working US-aligned hours to best serve clients and build relationships
