Principal Recruitment Consultant – US Construction & Civil Engineering
Location: Altrincham (Mon-Thurs), WFH Fridays
Hours: 12pm-8pm (Flexibility required to support US time zones)
Salary: £45,000 basic + uncapped commission (up to 40%)

We\’re on the lookout for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to spearhead business development for our US Construction and Civil Engineering desk. Based in our vibrant Altrincham office Monday to Thursday, with flexible work-from-home Fridays, you\’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the States.

This is a 180 role – ideal for a self-motivated recruitment professional who thrives on building client relationships, winning business, and creating long-term partnerships in a high-demand market.

What We\’re Looking For:

Experience recruiting in Construction/Civil Engineering is highly desirable

Proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector is essential

Driven, commercially astute, and confident engaging with senior decision-makers

Comfortable working US time zones – flexibility is key

Able to work independently, but also thrives as part of a supportive team
