We are looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Tradesperson β Carpentry Bias to join our team. You\\\βll carry out a variety of carpentry and trade duties across Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High Value, and Capital Repairs β always ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering quality repairs and maintenance, including urgent and emergency jobs.
- Organising your workload effectively to meet appointments, deadlines, and customer expectations.
- Providing updates to supervisors, schedulers, and colleagues to support planning, scheduling, and material ordering.
- Maintaining high standards of motivation, attendance, and conduct, taking pride in your work and the team\\\βs output.
- Driving a company vehicle (where provided), keeping it clean and roadworthy, and following the LBI Drivers Policy.
- Reporting any additional repair needs clearly, so that accurate follow-on work orders can be raised.
The Candidate
We\\\βre looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Multi-Trader.
