Our client is looking for a reliable, versatile Multi-Skilled Repairs Operative to join our maintenance team. If you have a strong background in plumbing and carpentry and enjoy providing excellent service to residents, this could be the role for you!
The Role
- Carry out day-to-day repairs across our housing portfolio, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry.
- Complete first and second fix work, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Respond efficiently to emergency repairs and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Work safely and in line with all company policies and procedures.
The Candidate
- Proven experience in plumbing and carpentry, ideally in a housing or maintenance environment.
- Multi-skilled in other general repair tasks is desirable.
