Graduate Recruitment Consultant – USA Construction & Engineering Team (Based in Altrincham)
£26,000 basic + Commission (realistic OTE £50k+)
Mon-Thurs: 12-8pm | Fridays: WFH

At Novax Recruitment Group, we\’re hunting for confident, outgoing, \”I\’ll call them!\” kind of grads to join our USA Construction & Engineering team. You\’ll be working with clients and candidates across the pond – so get ready for some \”awesome\” conversations and a lot of \”can you hear me okay?\” moments.
Responsibilities
- Chat with engineers, project managers, and construction pros who build America\’s skylines (from Altrincham).
- Match top talent with top companies – basically, professional matchmaking.
- Celebrate commission days as part of your performance incentives.
- Work 12-8pm Monday to Thursday to align with US time zones.
- WFH Fridays.
