The Role
- You'll be responsible for visiting properties to carry out a range of field‑based activities, including:
- Conducting pre‑disconnection and meter inspection visits in line with company and industry standards.
- Engaging with customers to resolve issues, verify details, and negotiate fair payment solutions.
- Attending court hearings to obtain Rights of Entry Warrants.
- Supervising utility isolations alongside engineers and locksmiths.
- Reporting vulnerabilities, safety concerns, and customer feedback accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring visit reports are completed and submitted within agreed deadlines.

What You’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (maximum of 6 penalty points).
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in debt recovery, customer service, or conflict resolution is desirable but not essential.
- A self‑motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
