Act as a representative of the Client to deliver a range of services that are required by various utility companies. The core activity focuses on visiting the premises of the client\’s customers and performing the following functions relating to their gas and electricity supply.
- Conduct PDV visits in line with specific client requirements
- Negotiate payment arrangements
- Execution of documentation to secure payment to the client.
- Execution of Warrants to secure payment / access to deliver resolution.

Candidate Requirements
- Full clean UK Driving License
- Working hours 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am – 5:00pm.
- Previous experience in debt negotiation/collection, customer service, conflict resolution is desirable however not essential.
- Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
- Excellent standard of spoken English
- Ability to make quick decisions/judgements
