Job Overview:
Southwark Council is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to manage and enhance customer relations surrounding works to the council\’s housing stock. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in community relations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with customers at both area and community levels.

Oversee and improve customer care, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Monitor customer relations and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Organise and manage customer consultation events and processes.

Perform partial administrative duties, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships.

Experience in handling customer consultation events and processes.

Knowledge of administrative tasks, particularly using Excel.
-
Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
-
Familiarity with working in the public sector is beneficial but not essential.
