With a growing portfolio of work and a reputation for delivering quality steelwork, they're looking for an experienced Tekla Detailer to strengthen their design team.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in taking projects from engineering design through to fabrication, producing accurate models and drawings that keep production running efficiently and projects on schedule.
You’ll
- Produce 3D models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures.
- Develop GA drawings, assembly drawings, single-part drawings and CNC data.
- Review engineering information and resolve detailing queries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers and fabrication teams to ensure buildable solutions.
- Produce material schedules and manufacturing information for production.
- Support multiple structural steel projects from design through to fabrication.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience using Tekla Structures within the structural steel industry.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and detailing.
- Ability to interpret structural and engineering drawings.
- Experience producing fabrication drawings, material schedules and CNC information.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience working on commercial, industrial or infrastructure steelwork projects.
- Knowledge of connection detailing.
- Understanding of UK structural steel standards.
- Experience working alongside fabrication and site teams.
