About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Altrincham. You’ll be working closely with experienced consultants to identify, engage, and build relationships with top-level professionals and clients across the United States. You’ll be trained in executive search and headhunting techniques, learning how to identify high-calibre talent and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This is not your typical high-volume recruitment role - it’s about quality, insight, and relationship building.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with clients and candidates over the phone to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
- Conducting research to identify key individuals in the market
- Learning and applying executive search methodologies
