We are seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing Recruitment to lead and scale our presence in the US manufacturing market, based from our Altrincham office.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth division within an established recruitment business already generating £7 million in annual turnover. The role offers a significant shareholding opportunity, giving the right individual the chance to build, lead, and benefit directly from the success of the division.
The Opportunity
You will take a leadership role in expanding our US manufacturing recruitment offering, building a high-performing desk and ultimately developing a team around you. Backed by an established infrastructure, brand, and delivery capability, you will have the platform to scale quickly within a lucrative market.
This role is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of our US manufacturing recruitment division
- Develop and manage key client relationships across the United States
- Build and grow a high-billing 360 recruitment desk
- Identify opportunities to scale the division and recruit additional consultants
- Work closely with leadership to execute the growth strategy
Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience recruiting within the US manufacturing market
- Strong 360 recruitment experience (business development and delivery)
