Principal Recruitment Consultant – US Construction & Civil Engineering

Location: Altrincham (Mon–Thurs), WFH Fridays

Hours: 12pm–8pm (Flexibility required to support US time zones)

Salary: £45,000 basic + uncapped commission (up to 40%)

We’re on the lookout for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to spearhead business development for our US Construction and Civil Engineering desk. Based in our vibrant Altrincham office Monday to Thursday, with flexible work-from-home Fridays, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the States.

This is a 180 role – ideal for a self-motivated recruitment professional who thrives on building client relationships, winning business, and creating long-term partnerships in a high-demand market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience recruiting in Construction/Civil Engineering is highly desirable
• Proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector is essential
• Driven, commercially astute, and confident engaging with senior decision-makers
• Comfortable working US time zones – flexibility is key
• Able to work independently, but also thrives as part of a supportive team
