Principal Recruitment Consultant (360) – US Construction & Civil Engineering

📍 Location: Altrincham (Hybrid Options Available)

🕐 Hours: 12:00 – 20:00, Monday to Thursday + WFH Friday (work from anywhere you like!)

💷 Salary: £40,000 basic + commission up to 40%

At Novax Recruitment Group, we’re growing our US division, and we’re looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team at our head office in Altrincham.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a 360 recruitment desk, focusing on Construction and Civil Engineering roles across the US market.
• Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
• Proactively sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and strategic market engagement.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development and job qualification to offer management and post-placement care.

• Proven 360 recruitment experience — ideally within Construction, Civil Engineering, or related technical sectors.
• Strong business development skills with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
• A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to make a real impact in a growing market.
