Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of structural steel and engineering projects from award to completion
- Manage budgets, programmes, resources, and project documentation
- Coordinate internal teams, site managers, fabrication teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and technical specifications
- Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and clients
- Oversee change control, variations, procurement, and risk management
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steel, engineering, or construction
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection, cladding, and site operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and commercial elements
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, CDM, and quality processes
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel locally
