The Role You'll take ownership of structural steel installation projects from pre-start through to handover, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead structural steel installation activities across multiple live sites.
Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations.
Carry out site surveys, pre-start meetings and safety inspections.
Oversee RAMS, site documentation and programme reporting.
Coordinate quality inspections, snagging and project close-out.
Work closely with Contracts Managers to keep projects moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For Essential Previous Site Management experience within structural steel.
SSSTS qualification (minimum).
Crane Supervisor qualification.
CSCS Gold Card.
Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings.
Strong knowledge of health
