An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading structural steel company based in Kegworth. With a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects, this is a fantastic time to join a business delivering high-quality, precision-engineered structural steelwork from concept through to fabrication and installation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the structural steel sector
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving project growth
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to support proposals and bids
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and reports to clients
- Manage multiple business opportunities and maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
