About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys sourcing high-quality candidates, and takes pride in matching talent to opportunity with precision. Working closely with our Business Development team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional candidates against detailed client requirements, particularly across US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates using a range of tools including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Conduct thorough CV searches and headhunting activities to build strong candidate pipelines
- Qualify candidates against detailed job specifications provided by the Business Development team
- Carry out screening calls and competency-based interviews to assess suitability
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records within ATS systems and keep candidate data up to date
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery on client requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a recruitment delivery or resourcing role
- Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent CV searching and candidate sourcing skills
- Ability to understand and work to detailed job specifications

- Comfortable working US-aligned hours
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
